Summer Camps

– All staff undergo background checks and fingerprinting (as required by state).
– Staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, behavior management, and emergency procedures.
– Strict staff-to-student ratios are followed at all times (1:10 for PK3/PK4, 1:14 for K+).
– Daily attendance, check-in/out procedures, and emergency protocols are enforced.

Apollo maintains comprehensive liability, workers’ compensation, and accident insurance. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.

We typically utilize:

– Classrooms
– Gym or multipurpose room
– Playground or outdoor area
– Cafeteria (if meals are provided)

Space needs are flexible and based on enrollment and school availability.

– Apollo can provide snacks or participate in district free meal programs.
– Allergy restrictions are strictly followed.

– Weekly field trips are included in the program if approved by the school.
– Permission slips and safety protocols are required for every trip.
– High-risk activities (e.g., tree climbing, kayaking) are not permitted.

Pricing varies by location and program length. Discounts may be offered for multi-week registrations or full-summer enrollment. Subsidy programs (e.g., Action for Children, state CCAP) are accepted where applicable.

Families register through Apollo website. The system provides instant confirmation, billing summaries, and access to forms, handbooks, and communication tools.

Schools receive:

– Billing summaries (if applicable)

Each camp has:

– An on-site Site Director
– Camp educators

Our Summer Camp Program provides an affordable, safe and reliable option for parents who want their children to continue learning and enjoying themselves during the summer break. Yes, there is a one-time registration of $50.00 that you will pay upfront.

At this time, Apollo Summer Camp only has a weekly registration option, there isn’t an option to register for a single day.

No. Camp fees are not refundable and a credit won’t be issued if a child is absent from Apollo Summer Camp, regardless of cause.

If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of your session, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of your session start date.

Yes, there is a 10% sibling discount that will be automatically applied at checkout. The registration must be completed in the same order for the discount to be automatically applied.

While it isn’t required that you register for all at once, we generally recommend that you register in advance to ensure that your spot is secure.

If a child isn’t picked up by 4:00 pm (or 6:00pm if the child is registered for extended care), the Summer Camp staff will attempt to reach out to the parent/guardians. If unsuccessful, the staff will call emergency contacts to pick­ up the child. A late fee of $15 will be assessed at 4:01 pm (or 6:01pm if the child is registered for extended care). An additional $15 will be assessed for each subsequent 15 minutes that a parent is late.
